Dynasty Field Hockey Club is a USA Field Hockey sanctioned program based in Nassau County, Long Island, created to provide more opportunity for girls in Nassau County and surrounding areas while helping grow the sport. Our mission is to provide individualized support and training, whether you are a beginner who is learning the fundamentals or looking to elevate your game. We believe in offering a fun and positive environment where the girls will build a love of the game while consistently improving.

Our Story

How it Started…

Dynasty FHC is based in Carle Place, NY where Field Hockey tradition has reigned among all sports. Coaching our daughter and her team at a young age in that environment allowed us to develop a deep love of the game within her and her teammates. After realizing there weren’t convenient options for competitive travel field hockey, especially compared to the Lacrosse dominated Long Island, we created Dynasty FHC in March of 2023. We used our experience coaching and what we’ve seen work and not work in travel sports both from a parent’s perspective and a player’s perspective to develop a program where we focused on each and every player’s development, consistent improvement and stronger competition.

How it’s Going..

After one year, we’ve grown to eight teams across age groups U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19. We’ve participated in outdoor and indoor tournaments against top teams across the region. Our coaching staff has grown to include former and current Division I and II athletes leading the girls through focused learning and discipline layered with fun and team building. All age groups saw success with 1st place finishes against top team brackets- each tournament more successful than the last.

We believe that every athlete develops at their own pace and with the right training everyone has the chance to excel.

Every player that tries out will have the opportunity to be a part of Dynasty FHC. Your child will be matched with the best team based on their skill level, built on ensuring the foundational basics are mastered, while also building her confidence through consistent practice and game playing time. Once on a team, that team doesn’t change, they play together consistently for each tournament, allowing for confidence, trust and friendships to grow. We know how important it is to be part of a team and are focused on the girls experiencing that.

In tournaments, we believe the more competitive teams you play, the faster you improve. Because of this, we always place our teams in brackets against equal or slightly more experienced teams. We aren’t looking for easy wins. We’re looking for continued growth and throughout each season you will see that.

We focus on the full training of an athlete. Practice, conditioning, speed development as well as game knowledge, mastering of the rules, positioning and strategy.

We promise we will know your daughter, not just her name but her strengths and areas for improvements and work with her to ensure her development.

Each girl will develop friendships, a foundation of respect and confidence, understanding accountability and of what they need to continue to excel.
