What is Winter Indoor Field Hockey?
Winter travel season means Indoor Field Hockey!! Indoor Field Hockey is played with 5 field players and a goalie, on a hardcourt surface, different rules and different stick! It is the best way to advance your stick skills and decision making, as the court is much smaller, faster, and there is a heavier reliance on ball-handling. It is an exciting, fun game that girls love playing and notice a dramatic difference in their skill level after playing!
Master ball control | Develop speed & agility - Indoor hockey can help improve a player's stick handling skills due to the fast pace of the surface.
Significantly improve hand-eye coordination & stick handling skills- Because indoor hockey is played on a hard surface such as hardwood floors, the pace is much faster therefore improving hand-eye coordination and reaction times. Indoor hockey can also help improve a player's stick handling skills as reaction times with the ball need to be quicker.
Enhance decision making, sharpen your reflexes, become more versatile & become more disciplined.
